Aqua Marga is one of many small villages along the coast of Almeria. Originally a fishing village and now a an out of the way tourist destination for the discerning. It is well off the beaten track, and is accessible via San Hosa. Aqua Marga is very small and quaint with limited car parking, a central square and small a number of shops. Most of the activity is a stones throw away on the beach, where there is at least two restaurants with open veranda style windows directly onto the beach.
This beach has a disabled access boardwalk onto the beach and freely available shower and foot washing facilities (gets the sand from between your toes).
